Principal, Medical Imaging Strategy

Marc Alan Besinaiz

Medical Imaging Strategy

Senior advisory for hospitals, imaging centers, and med‑tech companies. Capital planning, operations, education, and commercial strategy from a clinician who has sold, implemented, and run the equipment.

Marc Alan Besinaiz

Background

Marc Alan Besinaiz spent 25 years in clinical radiology and healthcare commercial leadership, including 16 years at GE HealthCare and a tenure at Canon Medical. He has worked across every link of the imaging value chain: scanning patients, training technologists, writing capital justifications, and negotiating vendor contracts for health systems.

He advises hospital administrators, imaging center owners, and med‑tech teams who want a senior voice at the table. Engagements are hands-on, scoped tightly, and built around time with the operating team.

Marc applies qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research training from Texas A&M to measure the outcomes of every engagement.
